I was reading the Guam PDN today and it sayed that the only requirement to be a teacher at the Guam public schools is you must be 18 or older, have a high school diploma, and background check.
Imagine if your in high school and your teacher for next year was last year's senior graduate at your school??? The teachers don't even have to go through some sort of training or classes to become a teacher. Wow, looks like the quality of our education is going downhill.

The Guam public schools were that way even when I was in school ! (40 some years ago) That's the reason my parents sent me to catholic schools!

that means I can teach! If I ever lose my job and can't find a job I'll apply to be a teacher.
