1. There is no spamming allowed on any of the forums. If you have a product, service, or website to promote that is related to Guam please post it in the "Announcements and Spam" forum. If you post it in any other forum it will be deleted and you will be banned if you continually post spam.
2. We do not allow any type of racist, slander, or hate posts.
3. Members are NOT allowed to post any links too or promote other forums.
4. Signature Rules: Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 lines of text for signatures.
5. New user restrictions (applies to users with less than 10 posts). We placed these new user restrictions to minimize spam. After you have made 10 or more posts your restrictions will be removed. It may take a few hours for the forum to remove your restrictions after you have made 10 posts. If after 1 day your still restricted just contact an admin to unrestrict your account. The restrictions to new users are listed below:
-Can't email other members
-Can't PM other members
-Can't use signatures
6. If you spam our forums we actively take steps to notify the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN) of the URL/website your spamming. This could get the URL/website your trying to spam BANNED from the search engines.
